Who Are We
Real Talk Let's Talk is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote mental health and Social Emotional Learning. RTLT provides a judgement free zone for youth to share emotions and unload every day stressors. RTLT works with families and youth who have been impacted by trauma. RTLT provides community linkage, to underserved communities and populations who're in need.
RTLT has a workforce development program which promotes financial stability and literacy. The program teaches customer service, how to dress, timeliness, professionalism, and experience.
RTLT has quarterly empowerment events for our mentees that motivate, empower, and educate. RTLT mentorship program provides scholarships, career shadowing, and a mentor is partnered with each mentee.
